Serious and kind. What I liked the most? The professionalism they show, plus they work online with the client; in my case, they stayed online until we resolved all access issues together. And I like that they are technically very well prepared, even though I, as a client, had to transfer various applications, email accounts, and webdisk storage from multiple platforms. They really deserve every penny. And honestly, at ~5 euros per month... it's really very advantageous for 10Gb of space. It's worth it.

Accidentally, I became a Hostico client, and I immediately abandoned the services of another company offering similar services because the seriousness, involvement, and especially the respect that Hostico showed me made me question why I was paying elsewhere for some people's rudeness. If you need hosting services, VPS, SSL, I wholeheartedly advise you to turn to them!!! Open people - help with absolutely any website problem - better speed than other servers - many useful options (in cPanel) compared to other companies - 24/7 support. I RECOMMEND HOSTICO!
