Changes in the services offered by Hostico

cPanel & Plesk Update

On 09/10/2024, the cPanel license provider (also the owner of the Plesk brand) announced a new increase in rates for all types of licenses, a change that will come into effect on 01/01/2025. This decision continues the trend of repeated price increases imposed by cPanel in recent years, putting additional pressure on end users and web hosting providers.

Faced with these changes, we are committed to maintaining a high level of transparency and finding solutions that support our customers.

In the first months since the new tariffs came into effect, we absorbed all additional costs. However, given the market evolution and the continuous increase in costs, we are now forced to revise the pricing structure for cPanel Solo licenses and for Plesk ones:

*The prices in the table are calculated for monthly billing periods and do not include the applicable VAT of 19%.

The new rates will be applied starting from 01/04/2025. For customers whose services are due after this date, the price changes will take effect at the next billing.

It is important to mention that the rates for cPanel licenses that include more than one account will remain unchanged. We are doing our best to optimize costs and minimize the impact of these changes, so that our customers can continue to enjoy affordable services.

Domain Pricing Update:

The price adjustments reflect the recent changes in rates set by our domain provider. These changes apply to all domain management procedures, such as registrations, renewals, and transfers.
