Introduction

This article explains how to suspend or deactivate a website hosted on a Plesk panel.

When a domain is suspended, accessing it will display a message in which the visitor is informed that the domain is suspended.

If the domain is disabled, it will no longer be accessible from the browser.

Requirements

an active Plesk hosting account
login data in the panel

Steps to Follow

after logging into the Plesk administration panel, from the displayed interface, select "Suspend" or "Disable" as appropriate, located at the top of the panel.

after the successful suspension of the site, a confirmation message will be displayed, and the site will appear with a suspended/deactivated status as appropriate.
