Depending on the browser used or its version, when accessing the site you may encounter one of the errors: "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.," "This site can’t be reached," ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, etc.

The causes of these errors may be the following:
- the accessed domain has expired.
- the accessed domain is not registered. In order for the site to be accessible, you need to register the domain.
- incorrect nameservers set on the domain.
- there has been an IP change of the hosting package. In this case, you will need to wait for a complete propagation of the new IP (it may take a few hours).
- there has been a change in the DNS zone. In this case, it may take a few hours until everything becomes functional.
- a local problem with the browser and/or the device from which the access is attempted. To remedy this, you can try completely clearing (including cookies) the browser's cache, performing a DNS flush, resetting the device and the router.
- the firewall or antivirus on the device from which access is attempted blocks access to the site. You can try temporarily disabling these services for verification.
- possible blockage in the firewall of the hosting server. To check this, you will need to contact technical support to verify the situation.
