The listing of the IP in a blacklist can have negative effects for the hosted domain, especially regarding email sending. Servers of some recipients will reject emails sent from the IP address from which they originate. This occurs because the IP has a poor reputation, most likely due to the sending of spam messages from that IP.
You can check if the IP allocated to the hosting account is listed in a blacklist by accessing https://iblacklist.ro/.
