It is very likely that the IP address you are trying to access the services from is blocked in the server's firewall. This blockage is a result of incorrect authentications on the provided services (mail, ftp, cpanel, etc). To verify the IP blockage and consequently unblock it, you will need to contact the Hostico technical department.
