Creating an FTP user in Plesk

Introduction
This article explains the steps that need to be followed to create an FTP user in a Plesk hosting account.
Requirements
- an active Plesk hosting account
- login data in the panel
Steps to Follow
- after logging into the Plesk administration panel, from the displayed interface select "Web Hosting Access"
- In the "Username" field, the desired FTP username will be filled in (it can be any name)
- In the "Password" field, the desired password will be entered, which must meet a certain complexity until the strength indicator turns green
- In the field "", the same password will be confirmed
- In the "Hard quota on disk space" field, you can set or limit the allocated disk space quota for this user.
- at the end, the "OK" button located at the bottom of the page will be pressed.
Attention!!! The user created in this way will have access to all files on this subscription.
