In this tutorial, we will show you how to view the list of pending messages for delivery or mail queue manager in the WHM administration panel.

Introduction

  • In this tutorial, we will show how we can view the list of messages pending delivery or mail queue manager in the WHM administration panel.

 

Requirements 

  • Access to the WHM administration panel.

 

Steps

  • After we log in to the WHM administration panel, we will go to Email Address and then click on Email Queue Manager.

  • On the next page, we will see the list of pending messages and information about them.
  • Here we have the possibility to search or filter messages based on multiple criteria: sender, recipient, message ID, time range, date.
  • We have information available about: reception time, sender, message ID, recipient, message size, status or state, and the actions available for the messages in the queue.
  • The available actions for messages in the queue are as follows: view message (detailed information about the message), unblock message, view history, and force message delivery.
