My domain has expired. Can I transfer it?
Expired domains cannot be transferred, except for .RO extensions. Renew the domain with the current provider to be able to transfer it later.
Expired domains cannot be transferred between registrars, the restriction being imposed by ICANN; the exception to the rule is the .RO extension, which is managed by ICI-ROTLD.
In the case of other extensions, the domain must be renewed with the current provider before it can be transferred.
