Can I get a payment deferral?
Obtain a payment deferral by contacting the sales department. Details about services and conditions are available in the Terms and Conditions, chapter 4.

If payment cannot be made on time (the due date of the invoice), an extension can be obtained by contacting the commercial department. The services for which an extension can be granted, as well as the operation of the services during this period, are presented on the Terms and Conditions page, chapter 4. Financial, section Extension/Suspension/Reactivation.
