What is billing on sub-contacts?
Billing on subcontracts from Hostico allows for efficient management of service notifications, offering options for isolated or global activation.
Subcontact billing is a system developed by the Hostico team, which allows clients to manage different contacts in the account, and allocate them to services for billing purposes.
A subcontact can be assigned to one or more products, so the client in question will be implicitly notified via email of every commercial aspect.
Activating notifications at the sub-contact level can be done in two ways:
- -Isolated
- -Global
Isolated subcontacts will receive notifications strictly for the chosen service, while global ones will receive notifications for all services within the client account, without needing to be assigned to a specific service.
Regardless of the number of subcontacts allocated to a service / multiple services, the account administrator will also continue to receive financial emails for the respective services.
