The recurrence on the credit system is an activatable feature from the main interface of the client account found at the bottom of the page, under the terms "Apply Automatically", which once activated, will automatically deduct the value of proforma invoices from the amount held in the credit balance.
The withdrawal of credit will be carried out for all pro forma invoices generated after the activation of the function, regardless of the nature of the service held in the account (hosting, domains, SSL certificates, etc.).
The automatic credit application system is ideal for those who do not wish to apply manually at the level of each pro forma invoice in the account.
If you do not intend to extend all services in the account or consider that you will cancel them after generating the pro forma invoice, activating the recurrence from the credit balance is not recommended, the card recurrence service being indicated in these situations, as you can select exactly which of the services to be extended.
In case you have activated the credit recurrence and amounts have been deducted from the account balance for services you wished to cancel, you will need to contact the sales department to verify the availability of a return (Attention - in the case of domains, as well as certain licenses, refunding the amount is not possible).
