If you want to reset your cPanel account and delete all information on hosting, you will need to send an email to help@hostico.com requesting this. You will also need to consider the following aspects:
- all information on hosting will be deleted: databases, files, emails, cronjobs, redirects, custom settings, and so on.
- the cPanel account will return to its initial state as it was at the time of activation of the hosting package.
