I forgot the authentication details of the hosting package. How can I recover them?
Retrieve the login credentials for the hosting package by accessing the activation email or by contacting the sales department for password reset.

If the login password has not been changed, the login details in the control panel can be recovered by accessing the email received when the hosting was activated. If the password has been changed, you will need to contact the sales department for a reset and re-sending of the password.
