Even though the proforma invoice was issued with the details of a commercial company, the issuance of the tax invoice is done according to the details of the payer. The proforma only represents a payment notification without any fiscal or legal obligation, which is generated based on the data filled in the client account.
If payment has been made through the Paypal service / Bank Transfer and it is not a direct account of the commercial company or the company name was omitted in the transaction, we are forced to issue the tax invoice to an individual.
